"Achieving perfection is not a necessity, but aiming for perfection is the necessity to get the best result."
โ Nikhil Majorwar
I'm a BBA graduate from Manipal University (MAHE), specialised in Business Analytics โ and I'm about to begin my MBA at NMIMS Hyderabad in 2026. But the path here wasn't linear, and I'm glad it wasn't.
My journey involved exploring multiple avenues, stumbling, and finding myself in unfamiliar territory more than once. But each experience โ whether it ended in success or not โ added a layer of clarity and helped me understand what truly drives me: building things, solving real problems, and working with people from all backgrounds to make ideas come alive.
I have a growing passion for entrepreneurship and technology, and a strong inclination toward business analytics and product thinking. I believe the future belongs to those who can translate data into decisions and communicate across domains โ the engineer, the designer, the finance head, and the customer โ all in one room. That's exactly who I'm building myself to be.
Outside the desk: I'm a chess gold medalist at MAHE's InterCollegiate Tournament. I play the long game โ in sport and in life.
Business Analytics specialisation. Leadership across AIESEC, HR Club, E-Sports, ICBS and Hult Prize. Gold Medal in Chess.
Redefined departmental roles, digitised master data for new hires, managed cloud systems โ real exposure to cross-functional operations at scale.
Multiple national-level hackathons. Built real products, pitched real ideas. Top 300 at FixForward by Hyrup (1,200+ teams).
Next chapter โ deepening expertise in Business Analytics, Strategy, and Product Management.
Not chasing a job title. Building a specific kind of impact โ at the edge of data, product, and human behaviour.
My goal is to be the person who makes data tell a story leadership can act on โ not just reporting what happened, but predicting what's next. Translating raw numbers into strategic decisions that move organisations forward.
AI isn't a buzzword to me โ it's a lever I actively use to build. Whether it's an app, a website, or a technical strategy, I approach AI as a practical tool for creating things that work. My mindset: if there's a smarter way to solve a problem, I learn it and apply it.
I want to be the bridge between teams โ understanding what engineers need to build, what designers need to create, what finance demands, and what users actually want. Communicating across every function and bringing it together into something that ships.
"My long-term ambition is to lead at the intersection of strategy and technology โ eventually founding or joining a high-growth startup where I can combine analytical rigour with entrepreneurial instinct to build something that genuinely changes how people live and work."
Ideas I didn't just think about โ I shipped them.
An AI-powered retail management platform built for India's small kirana store owners โ a segment that runs largely on memory and paper.
India's unorganised retail sector โ 63 million kirana stores โ has had almost no access to technology. Store owners manage inventory mentally, have no sales data, no demand forecasting, and limited legal awareness. ShopSync was built to address this gap.
The Android app is paired with Sunny, an AI assistant running on Google Cloud Run. Sunny can speak Hindi and regional languages, reads live inventory data via Firestore, and can answer questions ranging from stock levels to GST regulations โ using voice, since most kirana owners aren't keyboard-first users.
The broader thinking behind ShopSync: as more stores use the platform, each one becomes a data point. At scale, this creates a granular, real-time view of unorganised retail across India โ useful for businesses that serve this sector, including FMCG companies.
A sustainable event management concept for India's โน88B events industry. The idea introduced piezoelectric floor technology to convert footsteps into usable electricity at venues, alongside eco-conscious vendor networks and UN SDG-aligned practices. Developed the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
A sustainable footwear concept using bio-fabricated materials developed for the Hult Prize at MAHE โ a global student competition focused on solving real-world challenges through business and entrepreneurship.
Won gold at the InterCollegiate Chess Tournament, Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Competing across institutions, the tournament tested strategic thinking, patience, and composure under pressure.
Won 2 Gold medals and 1 Silver medal across local-level chess tournaments. A consistent record built through disciplined preparation and a competitive mindset developed over years of play.

I'm not just looking for opportunities โ I'm looking for conversations. If you have an idea to discuss, advice for someone going into an MBA, or you're curious about any of my projects, reach out.
Opportunities โ collaborations, roles, or anything in between โ are welcome during or after my MBA. For now, let's just connect.
